We do light and selective demolition in Tallahassee: demolition and removal, not remodeling or rebuilding. That includes shower and bathroom tear-outs, tile, cabinets, flooring, non-structural drywall, sheds, decks, fences, and similar projects, with the removed material hauled away.
We specialize in light, non structural demolition. That means interior tear outs, non load bearing walls, and small outbuildings and structures. We do not remove load bearing walls, take down houses, or perform structural or commercial demolition that requires an engineered plan, and we will tell you plainly when a job needs a licensed structural contractor instead.
Demolition and disposal are quoted together as one job, so nothing is left sitting in your driveway when we finish.
Old wood privacy fences, chain link, and vinyl panels are some of the most common light demolition calls we get. We take down the panels and rails, pull or cut the posts, and load everything into our trailer so the fence line is left clear and raked.
Posts set in concrete are handled case by case. Some footings come out whole, and some are cut at or below grade when pulling them would tear up the yard. We will look at your fence, from photos or on site, and tell you which approach fits before the job starts. If the fence is coming out alongside a shed or deck, we quote it all as one visit.

Do you offer full demolition services in Tallahassee?

Do you remodel or rebuild the bathroom?
No. We handle the tear-out and haul-away so your remodeler or contractor can start on a clear room.
Do you cap plumbing or electrical?
Capping lines and terminating circuits should be done by your plumber or electrician. We can work around their schedule.
Will you protect the rest of the house?
Yes. Floors along the path out, doorways, and nearby finished surfaces get covered before we start.
