What affects the price of shed removal
We do not use one flat price for every shed, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors are the shed's size, what it is built from (wood, metal, or vinyl), what is still stored inside, how easy it is to reach, the base or foundation underneath, and the overall scope of cleanup you want.
Concrete slabs and footings are not part of a standard shed removal quote. If you want the base removed, it requires a separate assessment and an explicit written agreement before any work, and we will let you know if it is beyond what we should take on.

Agree on the scope
We confirm what comes down, what gets hauled, whether contents or a slab are included, and the price before scheduling.

Tear down and haul away
On the scheduled day we take the shed down, load the debris into our trailer, and haul it off as quoted.
It depends on the shed. Size, materials, contents, access, the base underneath, and how much cleanup you want all affect the price. Send photos and we will give you a free, no-obligation estimate for your shed.
What if you can't get equipment to the shed?
Access is part of every estimate. Some sheds can be reached with machinery and some need more hand work. Tell us about gates, fences, slopes, or tight spaces so the quote reflects the real job.
What if the shed is still full of stuff?
We can empty it before taking it down. Mention the contents when you ask for an estimate so they are included in your quote. We do not take paint, solvents, or chemicals.
Can you remove the concrete slab too?
A standard quote covers tearing down the shed, loading, haul-off, and the cleanup we agree on. Concrete slabs and foundations are outside that standard scope. If you want one removed, it needs a separate assessment and an explicit written agreement before any work, and we will tell you honestly if it is beyond what we should take on. Some customers keep the slab for a new shed or patio.
Do I need a permit?
Requirements vary by location. Check with your local building office for your property. We are happy to share what we know, but we cannot promise a permit is not needed.
