The City of Tallahassee may provide scheduled curbside collection of bulky items for eligible residential customers. That program is run entirely by the City, and the rules around who qualifies, what counts as an accepted bulky item, how much can be set out, and when a route reaches your street are set and updated by the City. The items are still inside
Curbside programs expect material at the curb. We carry items out of a bedroom, garage, attic, storage unit, or upstairs apartment so nobody has to drag a sleeper sofa down the driveway.
There is more than a curb pile
Full cleanouts, large volumes, or a trailer load of mixed material go beyond what a bulky item set-out is meant for.
Commercial, rental, or construction work
Offices, retail spaces, rental turnovers, and renovation debris typically fall outside residential collection entirely.
Most of what people call bulk trash is everyday work for us. If it is a couch, mattress, or refrigerator, that is furniture and appliance removal. If it is a mixed pile from a garage, yard, or spare room, that is standard junk removal. A whole house, unit, or storage space is a property cleanout, and leftovers from a build or remodel fall under construction debris removal.
