Bathroom Selective Finish Tear-Out
This bathroom needed selective tear-out rather than complete fixture removal. The matching window and room layout show the same space before and after, with the bathtub retained.

What we did
- Removed wall tile and surrounding finishes to expose the studs
- Stripped the floor finish
- Removed the tear-out debris while leaving the bathtub in place
What was hauled away
- Wall tile
- Surrounding wall finishes
- Floor finish
How we left it
The after photo shows exposed wall studs and the stripped floor, with the bathtub still in place. This documents selective demolition and debris removal, not bathtub removal or a bathroom remodel.
