What affects your price
How much space it takes in the trailer
Most junk removal is priced by the volume your items take up once loaded. A few pieces of furniture cost less than a full trailer load from a garage cleanout.
What the material is
Household items, yard debris, and construction material are not all handled the same way. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles is weighed differently than light bulky items.
Labor and access
Carrying items down a flight of stairs, out of a crawl space, or across a long yard takes more time than a curbside pickup, and that time is part of the quote.
Disassembly and demolition
Jobs such as shed demolition, deck demolition, hot tub removal, and above-ground pool removal involve taking a structure apart before anything can be hauled, so they are quoted per project.
Disposal fees
Different materials go to different facilities and carry different disposal costs. Those are included in the price we give you, not added later.

Payment methods

Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Cash, check, Zelle, and Cash App have no added fee. Payment is due when the job is finished unless we have arranged invoicing with you in advance.
Specialty item fees
A few materials cost extra to dispose of because the receiving facility charges for them. When your job includes any of these, the added fee is written into the estimate you approve, never added afterward.

Travel fees
No travel fee applies in Tallahassee, Leon County, or the nearby Wakulla, Gadsden, and Jefferson County communities we cover. Outlying areas such as Perry and South Georgia may carry a travel fee, quoted upfront. See which areas fall into each group.
