Pricing questions
Most junk removal is priced by the volume your items take up once loaded. A few pieces of furniture cost less than a full trailer load from a garage cleanout.
Household items, yard debris, and construction material are not all handled the same way. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles is weighed differently than light bulky items.
Carrying items down a flight of stairs, out of a crawl space, or across a long yard takes more time than a curbside pickup, and that time is part of the quote.
Jobs such as shed demolition, deck demolition, hot tub removal, and above-ground pool removal involve taking a structure apart before anything can be hauled, so they are quoted per project.
Different materials go to different facilities and carry different disposal costs. Those are included in the price we give you, not added later.

Usually yes. Text photos of what you need removed to (850) 966-1371 and we can quote most jobs from the pictures. Larger or more complex demolition work may need an on-site look.
We confirm the price with you before starting. If what is on-site is more than what the photos showed, we tell you the updated price first and you decide whether to move forward.
We accept cash, check, Zelle, Cash App, and major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments. Cash, check, Zelle, and Cash App have no added fee. Payment is due when the job is finished unless invoicing has been arranged in advance.
Some specialty materials carry an added disposal fee set by the facility that accepts them. Mattresses, box springs, tires, and appliances containing refrigerant are the common ones. Any of these fees are included in the estimate you approve before work starts. Hazardous materials including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste are not accepted at any price.
There is no travel fee for Tallahassee, Leon County, or the nearby Wakulla, Gadsden, and Jefferson County communities we serve. A travel fee may apply to outlying areas such as Perry and South Georgia, and we tell you the amount in your estimate.
