Your price is based on how much room the load takes in the trailer, how heavy the material is, how much labor and access the job needs, and the disposal fees for what is being hauled. For most junk removal and cleanout jobs, yes. Photos of the pile, room, or structure from a couple of angles are usually enough. Larger demolition work sometimes needs an on-site look, and we will tell you if yours does.

We confirm the price with you before we start. If what is on-site is clearly more than the photos showed, you hear the updated number first and decide whether to move forward. Nothing changes without your say so.

Not always. If everything is accessible from outside and you have approved the price and the scope in writing, we can often work without you present. For interior jobs we usually want someone there to point at what stays.

No. Full-service means we carry items from wherever they sit, including upstairs bedrooms, backyards, attics, and crawl spaces.

Yes. We sweep the area we worked in before we leave, so the space is ready to use rather than covered in what fell off the pile.

We cannot accept hazardous materials: paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo and we will tell you before the truck rolls.

Yes. Mattresses, box springs, couches, recliners, refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, and TVs are routine for us. Appliances holding refrigerant are handled through the proper disposal channel.

It is sorted by material and taken to the appropriate disposal or recycling point. When something is genuinely reusable and a local donation point will take it, we try to route it there. We will not promise a specific destination for a specific item before we see it.

Yes. Whole property cleanouts, including attics, garages, sheds, and outbuildings, are one of our core services. We can work room-by-room if you need time to sort keepsakes first.

Light and non-structural demolition: sheds, decks, fences, carports, hot tubs, above-ground pools, interior cabinets, flooring, paneling, and partition walls. We haul the debris in the same trip. We do not take on structural demolition of occupied buildings.

Yes. Both are broken down on-site and hauled away, including the frame, liner, and decking material around them where applicable.

Yes, if that is what you want. Tell us up front and we will demolish the structure while leaving the pad intact so you can reuse it.

That depends on your jurisdiction and the size of the structure. Check with your local building department before scheduling. We are happy to work around whatever your permit requires.

Not for most nearby towns. Farther out, and for the Georgia runs, a trip charge may apply. It is always included in the estimate you approve, never added afterward.
